Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided by PD Overseas Education Consultants (“PD Consultants”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website www.pdconsultants.co.in and through our offline and online consulting services.
By engaging our services and making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of Services
PD Consultants provides professional consulting and support services related to:
- Overseas education admissions
- University selection and application guidance
- Scholarship application assistance
- Education loan guidance and transfer assistance
- Visa application support
- Foreign exchange assistance
- Blocked account assistance
- Profile evaluation services
- Career and study abroad counseling
- Other related consultancy services
The fees charged are for professional knowledge, expertise, consultation, guidance, administrative support, documentation assistance, and application processing services.
2. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to PD Consultants are strictly non-refundable.
Once a student, parent, guardian, or applicant:
- Makes any payment,
- Registers for a service,
- Signs a service agreement,
- Books a consultation,
- Engages PD Consultants for any service,
the amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
This policy applies regardless of whether:
- The student changes their plans.
- The student decides not to study abroad.
- The student chooses another consultant.
- The student withdraws an application.
- The student fails to submit required documents.
- The student misses deadlines.
- The student becomes ineligible for admission, scholarship, visa, or loan.
- A university rejects the application.
- A scholarship application is unsuccessful.
- A visa application is refused or delayed.
- An education loan is not approved.
- The student receives an offer from another institution.
- The student decides to defer admission.
- Personal, medical, family, financial, employment, travel, or other circumstances arise.
3. No Refund for Third-Party Decisions
PD Consultants does not control decisions made by:
- Universities and educational institutions
- Scholarship providers
- Government authorities
- Embassies and consulates
- Immigration departments
- Visa authorities
- Banks and financial institutions
- Education loan providers
- Foreign exchange providers
Therefore, no refund shall be provided due to:
- Admission rejection
- Scholarship rejection
- Visa refusal
- Loan rejection
- Delays in processing by third parties
- Changes in regulations or eligibility requirements
- Changes in tuition fees or living costs
4. Cancellation by Client
Clients may choose to discontinue using our services at any time.
However:
Cancellation of services shall not entitle the client to any refund.
Any payments already made shall remain non-refundable.
Outstanding dues, if any, shall remain payable according to the service agreement.
5. Partially Utilized or Unutilized Services
No refund shall be granted for:
- Partially used services
- Unused services
- Missed appointments
- Missed counseling sessions
- Delayed responses from the client
- Incomplete documentation provided by the client
The responsibility for utilizing the services within applicable timelines remains with the client.
6. Service Interruption Due to Client Actions
PD Consultants shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or unsuccessful outcomes resulting from:
- Inaccurate information provided by the client
- Failure to provide documents on time
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Non-compliance with university, visa, scholarship, or lender requirements
- Failure to respond to communications
No refund shall be provided in such cases.
7. Force Majeure
No refund shall be payable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PD Consultants, including but not limited to:
- Government policy changes
- Changes in immigration regulations
- University policy changes
- Pandemics
- Natural disasters
- Political events
- War
- Travel restrictions
- Technical failures
- Banking disruptions
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exception to this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be entirely at the sole discretion of PD Consultants.
Any decision to provide a refund, credit, adjustment, or waiver in a specific case shall not create a precedent or obligation to do so in future cases.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers after receiving consultancy services.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated despite acceptance of this policy, PD Consultants reserves the right to:
Suspend services immediately;
Recover service costs and administrative expenses;
Pursue available legal remedies.
10. Policy Acceptance
By making payment to PD Consultants, whether through:
- Bank transfer
- UPI
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Online payment gateway
- Cash
- Cheque
- Any other payment method
the client confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Important Notice: All consultancy fees, processing fees, registration fees, counseling fees, documentation fees, and service charges paid to PD Overseas Education Consultants are non-refundable once payment has been received and services have been engaged.
